PROFILE SECURITY

How We Protect Your Account Data

Every profile edit you make travels over SSL encryption so login credentials and wallet numbers stay private. We store passwords as salted hashes, meaning our own team can't read them. Two-factor authentication sends a one-time code to your mobile before any withdrawal or security change goes through. Transaction logs are archived on secure servers and never shared with third parties outside payment-processor requirements.

SSL Encryption

When you update your email or link a Rocket wallet, the data moves through a 256-bit encrypted tunnel that keeps it unreadable to anyone intercepting the connection.

Hashed Passwords

We never store your password in plain text. Every password is run through a one-way hash function, so even database administrators see only a scrambled string.

Two-Factor Auth

Turn on 2FA in the Security tab and every withdrawal or password change will require a six-digit code sent to your mobile, blocking unauthorised account access.

Audit Logs

Your transaction history and login events are timestamped and saved, giving you a permanent record of every account action for dispute resolution or personal tracking.

caxino What Our User Profile Screen Gives You

What Our User Profile Screen Gives You

Open your profile dashboard and you'll see five tabs lined up at the top: Account Details, Payment Methods, Transaction History, Notification Settings and Security. Account Details lets you edit your display name, email and mobile number. Payment Methods shows every bKash, Nagad and Rocket wallet you've linked, with an add-new button if you want a backup funding path. Transaction History lists every

deposit, withdrawal and bet placed, sorted by date so you can track your flow. Notification Settings toggles SMS or push alerts for deposit confirmations, withdrawal approvals and bonus credits. Security holds your password-change form and two-factor authentication switch. Everything updates in real time, so when you add a Nagad account it appears in the cashier dropdown within seconds.

User Profile Glossary

What is a display name?

A display name is the nickname visible to other players in leaderboards or chat rooms. You can change it anytime in the Account Details tab without affecting your login email.

What does wallet linking mean?

Wallet linking connects your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account to your profile so deposits auto-fill the sender number and withdrawals go straight to that wallet without re-entering details every time.

What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, adds a second security step by sending a one-time code to your mobile whenever you attempt a withdrawal or password change, preventing unauthorised access.

What is a transaction history export?

Transaction history export downloads your deposit, withdrawal and bet records as a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets for personal accounting or tax reporting.

What does session timeout mean?

Session timeout logs you out automatically after a period of inactivity, usually fifteen or thirty minutes, to protect your account if you leave your device unattended in a public place.

What is KYC verification?

KYC, or know-your-customer verification, asks you to upload a government ID and proof of address so we can confirm your identity before approving large withdrawals or unlocking higher Deposit references.
